About Me
I was born in Transylvania, Romania, June 5, 1978. As a Law Degree holder, fashion is a talent which has followed me any time, any where I could make the most of it. I started my fashion skills as a child, with my doll “Felicia” who had to have a different outfit daily. I did sew my finger once, while making one of her dresses, and now it seems it was more of a sign, of what was to follow.I started wearing my clothes in high-school only because I wanted to be different from others and have people admire them. I wasn’t thinking of fashion as a profession .The pleasure of being in the center of attention made me start working in modeling. In the meantime, I did not give up on creating, I started making evening dresses and the first one won a competition.I had my debut as a fashion designer on August 12, 1999 in Bucharest with an evening dresses collection. Since I enjoyed the encouragement and the support of well known designers from Bucharest, I continued creating with 4 more collections, presented in fashion shows in Bucharest and Constanta. My creations meant a lot to me so I did not want to sell them to anyone, but I lend them, instead. Chicago, the place where I’ve been living for 2 years and one “moment”…of ambition, pushed me towards the road I have been traveling since I was a little girl. I enjoy helping people in finding the style that fits them. I can easily see a person who uses a style which does not, actually, fit their personality. Looking for the style that fits you best is worth the effort!
